SURGENER; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendant(s).
