NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2021, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000471-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VINCENT J. POLICK SR. A/K/A VINCENT JOSEPH POLICK SR. A/K/A VINCENT JOSEPH POLICH, DECEA; AVELLINO ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; THE VINEYARDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRIAN POLICK; MICHAEL POLICK; VINCENT J. POLICK, JR., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9101, PHASE 9, AVELLINO ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3658, PAGE 1599, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
