NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 30, 2021 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004503-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANTHONY D REISER A/K/A ANTHONY DANAN REISER; ALISSA MARIE NICKOLL-BOLOGNESE A/K/A ALISSA REISER A/K/A ALISSA NICHOLLBOLOGNESE-REISER; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS; LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A,; 8317 LAUREL LAKE WAY TRUST, TRIBAL ASSOCIATES GROUP AS TRUSTEE, A LAND TRUST; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 28 day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 145, BLOCK I, LAUREL LAKES, PHASE THREE AT LAURELWOOD, A PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
