Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and an Agreed Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on October 7, 2021 in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
