NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 10, 2018 in Civil Case No. 29-2016-CA-011547 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and DOROTHY JUDITH BRADLEY, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of November, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 and vacated alley abutting thereon, Block 143, Map of Part of Port Tampa City, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 56 through 58, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
