NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 25, 2021, entered in Case No. 19-CA-007798 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. ROSE; THE QUARTER AT YBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are the Defendants.
