LOT 43, WEST WILMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
