NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Forfeited Deposit entered on October 11, 2021 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 22, 2021 in Case No. 17-CA-000074 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff and GLORIA HERNANDEZ; ROBERT HERNANDEZ; AFFORDABLE FLORIDA PROPERTY, LLC; UNIQUE REO PROPERTIES, LLC; SOFL PROPERTIES, LLC; PROVIDENCE PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC; RENTALS OF AMERICA, LLC; and PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants.
