NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on October 28, 2021, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
LOT 632, VILLAGE WALK PHASE FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 64 TO 69, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
