Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2020 and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2021, in Case No. 2018-CA-11720-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which SKY LAKE SOUTH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL COSME is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on November 15, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 36, Sky Lake South Unit One according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 51 through 53, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
