NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 11, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-006661-O in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, Plaintiff and DULCE DE LA CRUZ; ORLANDO HEALTH, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICOLAS MERCEDES, are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on November 15, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
