NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE dated September 28, 2021, as amended by the AMENDED UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE dated October 6, 2021, in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at public sale, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 19, Block “M”, Windsor Park Third Unit, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 50, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 9, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) the day following the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
