Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 4, 2021 and the Order Granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale and Other Relief entered on September 14, 2021 in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 004707 in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 118, WHITNEY BEACH I, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof dated October 8, 1968, recorded in Official Records Book 379, Pages 383-434, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and as per Condominium Book 1, Pages 56-60, inclusive, together with all appurtenances thereto, all according to said Declaration of Condominium.
Property address: 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive, #118, Longboat Key, FL 34228 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 12, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
