THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6, is Plaintiff and CHARLTON GREEN; HEATHER GREEN, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of NOVEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20, BLOCK 4, OF SEMINOLE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
