Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CC 5081 on October 11, 2021 in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit # O-30 of CITRUS GROVE ESTATES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2082, Pages 4949-5001, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 10, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
