NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-004788 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Rebecca Gillett, deceased, Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Dennis J. Szafran as Personal Representative of the Estate of Rebecca Gillett a/k/a Rebecca V. Gillett a/k/a Rebecca Victoria Gillett, deceased, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Geoffrey L. Gillett, Geraldine L. Bailey, Gilbert I. Gillett, Glenda L. Flowers, Glenford L. Gillett, Godfrey L. Gillett, Godwin L. Gillett, Greville L. Gillet, Midland Funding, LLC, Poinciana Village Three Association, Inc., Robert A. Burns, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the November 8, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
