Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 7, 2021, in Case No. 2021CA001841000000 of the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, in which MAINSTAY FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL D. HOWINGTON; WILDER TRACE OF CENTRAL FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSHUA McCARTA; and TIFFANY METZGER are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2021, the following-described property set forth in Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 32, Block B, WILDER TRACE PHASE ONE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 109, Page(s) 32 and 33, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida. Together with that certain 2003 Manufactured Home, I.D. No(s). JACFL23975A/B, being permanently affixed thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
