Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2021, in Case No. 2020-CA-003016, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which WINTER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANGELA KOLOC, ADOM K. RODGERS, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES E.PEACOCK, SARAH ROOP, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DEBRA L. FITZGERALD are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on November 19, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
