NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 7, 2021 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4 day of November, 2021 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit::
All of Lot 37 and the Westerly part of Lot 36 bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 36: thence in a Northeasterly direction along the North line of said Lot 36, 25 feet to a point in said North line; thence in a Southerly direction to a point in the South line of said Lot 36, which point is 15 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 36; thence in a Southwesterly direction along the Southwestern direction along the South line of Lot 36, 15 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot 36; thence in a Northerly direction, along the West line said Lot 36 to the place of beginning; both in Block C, Lake Forest, according to the plat in Plat Book 1, Page 99, Public Records of Collier County, Florida..
