NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2021, and entered in 11-2019-CA-000411-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOHN L. MOLA; CEDAR HAMMOCK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC; TERRACE VI AT CEDAR HAMMOCK ASSOCIATION, INC; PHOENIX ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 4, 2021 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2923, BUILDING 29, OF TERRACE VI AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3449, PAGE 2459, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
