YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, to foreclose a Claim of Lien regarding the following real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 203, THE WINDSOR HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 864, PAGES 916 THROUGH 967, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 21, 21A AND 21B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Kari L. Martin, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
