NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 001473 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOANS, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE1, is Plaintiff and KEITH M. BAILEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH M. BAILEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of November, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
