NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated May 10, 2021, and was recorded May 14, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2021089698, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at GULF TIDES OF LONGBOAT KEY RESORT Manager's Office, 3008 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 9th day of NOVEMBER, 2021, at 11:45 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
