NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated July 13, 2021, and was recorded July 28, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2021139263, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at LIMETREE BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1050 Ben Franklin Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 9th day of NOVEMBER, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
