NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2021, entered in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 001047 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SCOTT STOTTLEMYER TRUSTEE OF OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY OF SARASOTA PROFIT SHARING TRUST fbo PLAN A, is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF WADE K. HIGASHI, DECEASED, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and all others claiming an interest by, through, under or against Wade K. Highashi, Deceased, who are not known, SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA, ERIC HIGASHI and LORELEI DERR, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 278, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, THIRD ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 21, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the in the County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, (via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com) at 9:00 A.M on November 15, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid.
