NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 29, 2020 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-010525 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2015-1 is Plaintiff and RICHARD D. HAMMOND, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of November, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 29, 30 and 31, Tuxedo Springs, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 65, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
