NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-006443 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC, Plaintiff and ROSALIA FERNANDEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 28, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
