NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 23rd day of September 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000226, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and TANISHA S. CAMPBELL UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DEVANTE CAMPBELL; and TRIPLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of November, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, OF TRIPLE CREEK PHASE 1 VILLAGE C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 114, PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
