NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2021, and entered in 19-CA-003196 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD W. GILLIAM, DECEASED ; LISA BLAINE CANADAY; JENNIFER NEWBERRY; SHAWN MATHIS GILLIAM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 09, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 10 OF FOREST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST 168.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 118 FEET; THENCE WEST 169.3 FEET, THENCE NORTH 118 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
