NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2021 entered in Case No. 20-CA-000057, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in that certain cause pending in the above-styled case, and under and by virtue of the terms of said Final Judgment, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Clerk's online judicial foreclosure sale held at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 29, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of aforementioned Section 19, thence North 88°58' 55” West along the South boundary of Section 19 a distance of 25.00 feet; thence North 01°14'06.9” East a distance of 25.00 feet to a point; said point being the intersection of the Northerly maintained right-of-way line of Whitaker Road and the Westerly maintained right-of-way line of Hanna Road, continue North 01°14'06.9” East, along the aforementioned Westerly maintained right-of-way line of Hanna Road a distance of 352.03 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89°02'09” West, a distance of 306.20 feet; thence North 01°03'11.8” East, a distance of 142.16 feet; thence South 89°02'09' East, a distance of 306.65 feet to a point on the aforementioned Westerly right-of-way line of Hanna Road; thence South 01°14'06.9” West, along said maintained right-of-way line a distance of 142.16 feet to the point of beginning.
