NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 8, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2021-CA-002499 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 10 day of November, 2021 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 63 and 64, Block 3949, Cape Coral, Unit 54, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 79 through 91, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
