NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2021 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2020-CA-004337-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STEVENS CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and TAMMIE CARRIGER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, that KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following described property, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 40, STEVENS CREEK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 136, page(s) 98 through 104 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
The property address is 1877 Fuller Drive Clearwater, FL 33755.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on March 15, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
