NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, and Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 24, 2021, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 18th day of November, 2021, at 10 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 16 OF “A RE-PLAT OF BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION,” ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 18 AND 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT AREA LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY PROJECTIONS OF THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PLOT, EXTENDED TO INTERSECT THE BOUNDARY SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AS “BULKHEAD LINE,” TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
