Bids will be received electronically, thru EBids, until Step 1: November 4, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m. and Step 2: November 18, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m. and will then and there be opened via electronic lockbox, at the same time and visible to vendors and the public, for the following:

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Not to Exceed amount for this project is $23,000,000.00

Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000.00 will be made to bidders who have pre-qualified with Pinellas County for Road, Street, Storm Sewer and those that have pre-qualified with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in an equivalent prequalification work type of Sidewalk and Drainage. Only those bids from bidders who are prequalified with Pinellas County, those that have an FDOT equivalent prequalification, or bidders who have successfully provided all additional requested documentation from the invitation to bid in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid prior to a bid opening will be considered.
