NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 20, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001834-O in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J14, Plaintiff and JOAN PUEDAN; ART PUEDAN; SBJ DATASOFT VIRTUAL REALTY LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE; JOHNSTON CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC. D/B/A JOHNSTON CONSTRUCTION GROUP/RIVA CONSTRUCTION; UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on Novemebr 23, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
