Unit 178, FIDDLERS GREEN CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE 2, BUILDING 21, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 868, Page 791, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and according to the graphic description contained in Condominium Book 6, Page 33A through 33D, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in the Declaration.
