Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2021, in Case No. 2020-CA-002422, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAKESHORE CLUB OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARIA C. ROSA are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on November 9, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 492, Lakeshore Club, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, page(s) 16 through 24, inclusive of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
