NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 08/24/2020, and entered in Case No. 2018CA-000901 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and MERCEDES CASTRO CARTER A/K/A MERCEDES L. CARTER A/K/A MERCEDES CARTER A/K/A MERCEDES L. CASTRO CARTER A/K/A MERCEDES L. CASTRO; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; CECIL V. CARTER, JR.; PEARLINE BONNEY-HAUGHTON; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROY HOPE ALEXANDER; SOLIVITA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A POINCIANA VILLAGE TEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA are Defendants, Stacy M. Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
