NOTICE is hereby given that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on November 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
