NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure” entered in the above-styled action on October 18, 2021, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit “A” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on November 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
EXHIBIT “A”
The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, and described as follows:
THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF LOT 6, AND ALL OF LOTS 8 AND 17, BLOCK 107, OF THE CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID CITY WHICH APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE NORTH 100 FEET OF TRACT 13 IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA SAID PORTION OF TRACT BEING DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF THE PORT RICHEY COMPANY LANDS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGES 60 AND 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LAND CONVEYED TO PASCO COUNTY AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1697, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
