UNIT 111, SANDY COVE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, PAGES 727 THROUGH 824, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 20F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly identified as: 111 Pass Key Road, Unit 111, Sarasota, FL 34242
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Kari L. Martin, Esq., whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34237, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
