Final Judgment was awarded on August 31, 2020 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-009153, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RP2 is the Plaintiff, and FREDERICK A. HARRIS, SR.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, AND THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NADINE HARRIS; ANTONIO HARRIS; CALVIN HARRIS; DWAYNE HARRIS; HARRIET L. JORDAN; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS II INC; CICELY S. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
