Final Judgment was awarded on September 21, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-012479, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-MH1 is the Plaintiff, and CONSTANTINOS DESPOTIS; AUTUMN DESPOTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BILLY MUSIC; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ERICA SESTILE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
