Menendez aka Brian Menendez, Unknown Party #2 nka Andrew Fleischacker, Unknown Party #1 nka Carolin Fleischacker, Bank of America, N.A., Village Centre Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., Stephen L Meininger, Chapter 7 Trustee, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the November 18, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
