HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 17750 ESPRIT DRIVE LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 17, 2013; CARLA COPELAND A/K/A CARLA C. COPELAND; LEROY WILLIAMS; HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP.
