YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to reform the grant of an easement over real property, for declaratory judgment involving real property pursuant to Chapter 86, Florida Statutes, and for determination of beneficiaries pursuant to Florida Statute 733.105 regarding real property located in Lee County, Florida, and described as follows:
All that part of Lot 36, KREAMER'S BOCILLA ISLAND SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 38, among the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, lying Southerly of the County Road.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before November 30, 2021 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Third Amended Complaint and Amendment to Third Amended Complaint.
