Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000941, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, INC., A NEW JERSEY CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and MARY L. ROBITAILLE; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC; ISPC; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY ROBITAILLE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 5, 2022 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
