Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2021, in Civil Case No. 20-CA-001127, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, STEARNS LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CARMEN OQUENDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN OQUENDO; SUN COAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE VILLAS OF BETHANY TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants.
