NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 22 day of October, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002800, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and HILLARY CONSTANT A/K/A HILLARY AMANDA CONSTANT UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LEWIS DYKE A/K/A LEWIS O. DYKE SHADOW LAKES AT LEHIGH ACRES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. SHADOW LAKES AT LEHIGH ACRES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. DIANE H. CONSTANT, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LEWIS O. DYKE DIANE H. CONSTANT HILLARY CONSTANT SEAN CONSTANT UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN CONSTANT UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HILLARY CONSTANT A/K/A HILLARY AMANDA CONSTANT, UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 175, SHADOW LAKES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO.: 2006000171800, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
