NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2021 and entered in Case No. 20000187CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which City of Punta Gorda is the Complainant, Certain Lands Upon Which Special Assessments are Delinquent, namely 295 Belaire Ct., Punta Gorda, FL 33950 is the Defendant, Special Magistrate James E. Toale will sell to the highest bidder by live auction at the southernmost covered walkway near the roundabout near the FedEx and UPS boxes at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 East Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
